Musician Lord Paper has finally detailed the events leading to the removal of Bosom P-Yung’s verse off of his new single titled ‘Skin Pain.’
His action did not sit well with Bosom P-Yung leading to an altercation at Kikibees Lounge — a nightclub in Accra. Blogger Ronnie Is Everywhere who broke the news called on people close to Lord Paper to check on him because he was outnumbered by P-Yung’s entourage that was made of well-built men.
Explaining himself on Abeiku Santana’s drive time show on Okay FM, Lord Paper said he took Bosom P-Yung off the song because he did not show up on the final day when corrections were to be done on the song after which it would be mastered.
“I called Bosom P-Yung around 1 pm to inform him about the development and he told me he was on his way. We left the studio at 9 pm and he had not shown up. I was expecting a call from him to explain why he did not make it but it never happened.”
Lord Paper who is known for his raunchy debut music video said he no longer wants to thrive on such controversies.
“I want my music to speak for me. People started talking about me when I dropped ‘Asa Bone,’ I don’t want to be known for fighting other people in the industry and other controversies.”
He added that he had not pressed charges against Bosom P-Yung, however, the management on both sides are sorting things out behind closed doors.
Lord Paper has since replaced Bosom P-Yung with Mr Drew on the single ‘Skin Pain’ that has been released and enjoying airplay already.
